Eunice Nisbett, Founder of Savvy Corporate Planners+ brings together her breadth of experience as an administrative professional in the corporate world (having served in two of the region’s leading institutions – the Eastern Caribbean Central Bank (ECCB) and the Organization of Eastern Caribbean States (OECS)); her experience as a trainer, an online business manager, and marketer; and her training in sales and management, to help companies enrich the professional development of administrative teams and realize their greatness.
In 2008 Eunice exchanged a successful 20 year administrative career in the corporate world for entrepreneurship, when she felt the urge to unleash her potential, spread her wings, and feel experience the freedom of being her own person, setting her own schedule to allow time for her family and those in her circles, while running an online business.
Eunice’s has seen many progressive companies struggle with finding relevant training that brings out the best in their administrative teams, and so her passion and mission is to help these businesses unleash the potential of their staff so that their companies standout and explode their profits.
Recognized by her clients as a sincere voice with a new perspective, she communicates at a high professional level and delivers high-impact administrative strategies that empower teams to deliver results and attain business goals.
She has worked with institutions such as the St Christopher and Nevis Social Security Board and Kajola Kristada Ltd in training administrative professionals in the administrative skills necessary for the modern-day work place. She was also a trainer in the UWI/SIDF Life and Work Skills Program for high school graduates and has facilitated personal development workshops on behalf of the University of the West Indies Open Campus, St Kitts.
A customer service trainer, Eunice is committed to changing the customer service landscape and has provided training for hundreds of customer contact personnel in St Christopher and Nevis. She has also provided training alongside Customer Service Consultant, Dr Ben Henry of the Customer Service Academy, Jamaica.
